Neches FCU Online Banking Access Control protects your identity from whatever computer you’re using, whether you’re at home or on the go. Access Control identifies you as the true “owner” of your account. Not only will your password be recognized, but your computer will as well. If Access Control doesn’t recognize your computer because you have logged onto a different computer for the first time, you will be prompted to answer a series of security questions as an additional line of defense. Your identity is protected. Access control will defend against identity theft and fraud, offer you security from any computer, no matter where you are, and make it wasy for you with on time sign-up.

Online Loan Payments

Pay your Neches loans directly from another financial institution! With ACH, prepaid and debit cards, you can make payments up to $2,500. Life is busy, time is valuable; manage your loan payments the easy way!

You can now pay your Neches Credit Card through our loan payment platform. This is a new feature and benefit to our online payment system! Note that the amount you will see in your payment portal reflects the standard payment on your credit card statement, but not any past due amount.

PLEASE NOTE: As of October 1, 2023, the SWBC payment platform no longer accepts credit cards as a form of payment.

Make direct loan payments over the phone through Interactive Voice Recogition by calling 833-295-5589. If you are paying off your loan, please contact us at 409-722-1174 to obtain the correct payoff amount.

Bill Pay

Convenience and control over every bill you pay.

Log in to your regular Access/24 home banking account and register for Bill Payment by clicking the Payment Manager button at the top of the screen. Fill out the online form to be approved. Once you receive your confirmation email, you are ready to log in to the Bill Pay system and activate your payees.

Once you start paying your bills online, you will appreciate the convenience and control you have over every bill you pay. After taking just a few minutes to sign up, you can take advantage of secure round-the-clock bill payment to:

No waiting, no paper to file.

eStatements are an electronic form of your bank statement that is sent directly to your home banking account. You will love eStatements because they arrive faster than regular paper statements. Best of all, you will love the space you save in your filing cabinet and the fact that they eliminate the risk of your paper statement falling into the wrong hands.

Help prevent overdrafts and Insufficient funds

Overdrawn? We've got you covered! Courtesy Pay protects you from the embarrassment of returned/declined transactions, your good credit rating and from merchant returned NSF charges. Items/transactions are paid up to $500 for account holders in good standing.

**Fees count against the disclosed overdraft protection dollar limit.
