1000 Functional Connectomes Project

On behalf of the International Neuroimaging Data-sharing Initiative (INDI), I am pleased to provide the following updates:

PROSPECTIVE DATA-SHARING
1) The NKI-Rockland Sample
- The sample size is progressively increasing at a rate of 5-6 subjects per week. Currently the sample includes data for 40 participants, including R-fMRI, DTI, and more than 26 phenotypic questionnaires.

2) Initial release of datasets from Beijing anticipated for 1st-2nd week of December.

3) Initial release of datasets from NYU IPN anticipated for 1st-2nd week of December.

RETROSPECTIVE DATA-SHARING
1) The NYU-IPN Substance Dependence Sample
- Data from Kelly et al. (in press, Biological Psychiatry) is now available and includes 29 individuals diagnosed with substance dependence and 24 healthy controls

2) IQ measures for 1000 FCP Beijing dataset
